Presenter’s information
Free Communications :
Full presentation guidelines will be included in the acceptance letter.
You would have been notified of your presentation session and time in your acceptance letter.
Oral presentations will be allocated 10 minutes each. There will be 7 minutes to present followed by 3 minutes for questions and comments.
PowerPoint data projection with single screens will be available in all session rooms.
A slide centre will be available and each presenter is required to hand in his presentation minimum 2 hours before his session.
No personal computers will be allowed.
Files must be prepared on PowerPoint 1997/2003 format on a CD-Rom or USB stick.
Posters :
Full presentation guidelines will be included in the acceptance letter.
If your abstract is accepted as a poster, you will have a number identifying your presentation. The acceptance letter indicates your poster session and the board location where your poster will be displayed.
The poster board area is 1.8 meters high x 1.2 meters wide. Pins and adhesive material will be provided. Please use letters large enough to be read from a distance of 1.5 meters.
You will be requested to be available for discussion during the corresponding moderated poster viewing session. The presenters remain in a fixed location for the specified time period and discuss their results personally with any interested individual.
