Presenter’s information

Free Communications :

Full presentation guidelines will be included in the acceptance letter.

You would have been notified of your presentation session and time in your acceptance letter.

Oral presentations will be allocated 10 minutes each. There will be 7 minutes to present followed by 3 minutes for questions and comments.

PowerPoint data projection with single screens will be available in all session rooms.
A slide centre will be available and each presenter is required to hand in his presentation minimum 2 hours before his session.

No personal computers will be allowed.

Files must be prepared on PowerPoint format on a CD-Rom or USB stick.

Posters :

Electronic presentation will be the exclusive presentation modality for accepted Posters.

Electronic presentation is a powerful method of communicating information that create an electronic medium of information that can be discussed and shared beyond of both traditional posters and oral presentations.

Posters, created as Power Point presentations, will be uploaded into a special system and converted into a secure format for viewing.

Delegates can browse or search for specific posters through Computer terminals which will be available onsite. They are also able to contact you via the system mail tool to discuss your work further or simply make comments.

Once posters are available for viewing you can also check your statistic and see how many times your poster has been viewed or downloaded. Downloading is at your discretion only.

All poster presenters are required to register for the meeting by the early bird cut off date of 25 August 2010

Guidelines for preparation of electronic posters will be included in the acceptance letter.

Awards :

The Local Organizing Committee will grant awards to the 3 best   communications presented at the scientific programme.

Publications :

Transplantation Proceedings is once again publishing the proceedings of the 12th Congress of The Middle East Society for Organ Transplantation.

Transplantation Proceedings considers manuscripts for publication in association with MESOT 2010 organizers.  Manuscripts must be submitted at the time of the meeting to authorized Journal representative who should provide a receipt to the authors for their papers which includes the manuscript number.

Also, Transplantation Proceedings offers an EMAIL submission. Manuscripts should be sent no later than October 27, 2010 according to the Transplantation Proceedings guidelines. The authors must put the word MESOT in the subject line of the email.

Every manuscript submitted to Transplantation Proceedings must contain completed, signed Authorship and Conflict of Interest Statement submitted on behalf of  EVERY author listed on the manuscript.

As a presenter of either an oral or poster during the meeting, you are welcome to submit your manuscript to the journal according to the author’s guidelines.

You may begin sending your manuscript prior to the meeting.

Submission of a manuscript does not guarantee publication.
